French oak extract for fast maturation of whisky, brandy and rum.

ALTEROAK CARACTERE, is a natural oak extract. Its specificity is that is solvent free, chemicals free, no addition, 100% natural, 100% Soluble. You will find only molecules that are natural in oak barrels. Due to our process (wood selection for their potential, maturation of wood, toasting, etc…) we are maximizing aromatic compound concentration (5HMF, 5MF, vanilline, Gaïacol, whiskylactones, eugenol, etc…)  and selecting the softest tannins for best performance.

CARACTERE is used as an instantaneous & natural alternative to traditional ageing. 

Standard Dose is of use is 100 ppm for ( 100 mg per liter of ready made product)

We can guide you on how you can increase aging with this product by oxidizing the liquor.
